YES, I WON!!! I had the pleasure of meeting the nicest folks at Amate Studios and got to play with some of their pieces. ALL their jewelry findings are HANDMADE which is what attracted me to their booth at the 2007 winter CHA show. Suze W. was at a booth just a couple of feet away and she was using Amate's jewelry findings to fill up with UTEE. I still wear the bracelet I poured at their booth & get comments on it every time. When the pieces come in, I'll show you a before & after picture!
Other news! CHA sent out a project call for Brides Magazine Monday of this week. The creations were to be made PRONTO & the jpegs to be in by 5 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 26th (Eastern Time). While I can't post the pictures of the projects I've whipped together on short notice, I just had to share! I have 2 more projects waiting in the wings. After church tomorrow night, I plan on finishing up these two for their photo shoots early tomorrow morning! Who knows, Brides Magazine may have all they need already, but hey, a gal's got to try!

Good Luck on your submissions. I hear Krylon entered on of my pieces for that call also. It would be fun to be published side by side!
